The SEAAI is honored by your interest in presenting at our annual meeting. Below is some general information regarding the format of your oral abstract submission.

Oral Abstract Format

Each fellow will be given 10 minutes to present their abstract material with an additional five minutes given for questions/discussion.

PowerPoint™ Presentation

The SEAAI requests that you use Microsoft PowerPoint™ to present your abstract. In order to maintain smooth transitions between speakers, we request you bring your presentation file to the registration desk one hour prior to the beginning of the day your session is conducted. Failure to do so may prevent your presentation during your session. Please have the file loaded on a USB drive, or CD ROM. This allows the SEAAI to load all presentations on to one computer.
