At this time, the annual meeting will be taking place as scheduled in live format. We recently worked with the Lodge at Gulf State Park, a Hilton Hotel, to increase spacing in the conference room to allow for social distancing. The Hilton has responded with the implementation of their Hilton CleanStay program. You can read about the CleanStay program here. We continue to monitor the situation and will reevaluate the format of our meeting if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the membership, attendees, and our sponsors. We will also update the website with any changes. But as of now, we look forward to seeing everyone in September!
