The Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society is a great forum for Allergy/Immunology Fellows to present current research. Poster presentations are scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 9:45 a.m. Space is limited to 6 individual posters. Attendees will be allowed thirty minutes to review the posters and ask presenters questions. At 10:15 a.m., each presenter will be asked to give a brief 5 to 6 minute presentation of their poster. Deadline for abstract submission for poster presentations is August 25, 2017. Presentation selections will be notified by August 31, 2017.
If your presentation is selected, each presenter is responsible for making their own travel arrangements. The Southeastern Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society will reimburse each presenting fellow up to $1,500 through a travel grant. Payment is made to each presenter via receipt reimbursement. Please ensure that you retain all of your receipts (if applicable) to include your airline itinerary and receipt, any mileage, car rental fees, hotel, meals, etc..
