Poster Session Guidelines
SEAAIS 80th Annual Meeting | October 24th & 25th | The Greenbrier – Colonial Hall
Purpose
The Poster Session is designed to provide an opportunity for researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to share innovative findings, case reports, research data, or new product developments relevant to the field of allergy, asthma, and immunology.
Eligibility
-
Posters may be submitted by healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners.

Industry-sponsored posters must comply with ACCME guidelines for commercial support and be scientific/educational in nature (no marketing).
Submission Guidelines
-
Abstract Submission Required: A structured abstract (250–300 words) must be submitted by the deadline September 30, 2025. Required headings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Please email abstracts to [email protected].

Poster Title: Clear, concise, and representative of the content.

Author Information: Include all authors with affiliations. Identify presenting author(s).

Disclosures: All authors must disclose relevant financial relationships.
Poster Format Requirements

Dimensions: Maximum poster size is 48” x 96” (landscape).

Design Tips:

Title and author names at the top.
-
Use large, legible fonts (minimum 24 pt for body text).

Include clear visuals (charts, tables, graphics).
-
Avoid excessive text; keep information focused and easy to follow.

Language: All posters must be in English.
Set-Up & Removal

Posters must be mounted between 1 PM EST and 4 PM EST on Thursday, October 23rd or, 6:30 AM EST and 7:15 AM EST on Friday, October 24th.

Presenters must remove posters by Saturday, October 25th, 3 PM EST. Any posters left after this time may be discarded.
Presentation Times

Presenters are required to stand by their posters during the designated session time:

Poster Viewing: Posters will be on display at the back of the Exhibitor Hall (Colonial Hall).

Presenter Attendance Required:
-
October 24th: 7:30 – 8 AM EST, 9:45 – 10:25 AM EST, and 12:15 – 1 PM EST
- October 25th: 7:30 – 8 AM EST, 10:15 – 10:45 AM EST, and 12:25 – 1:05 PM EST

Engage attendees and be prepared to answer questions.
Compliance & Ethics

Content must comply with applicable regulations and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA, IRB, FDA if applicable).

Industry posters must not include promotional language or branding beyond company identification.

All data should be anonymized unless patient consent has been obtained.
