Product Theater 1st Choice
Product theater opportunities are available to Diamond, Platinum and Gold Corporate Sponsors only. SEAAIS will provide food, beverages and AV. Product theaters are 45 minutes long. Product theaters are secured on a first-come, first- served basis. Diamond and Platinum sponsors have first right of refusal of breakfast and lunch product theaters.

Sponsorship Availability Notice

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the SEAAIS Annual Meeting. Sponsorship requests will be accepted beginning February 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM (CST) when the official Sponsorship Request Form goes live on this page.

All sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with Diamond and Platinum sponsors receiving priority consideration. Please note that only one Diamond Sponsorship is available.

Sponsors will be contacted on the afternoon of February 26th to confirm sponsorship placement.
